Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact and untampered with.
Schedule a Pickup
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then schedule a complimentary courier collection or drop off the parcel at an authorized service point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier receives your return, the items will undergo a quality inspection before your refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
